STEIN CEMENT CONTRIBUTION: It is a water-based modified polymer emulsion. It is used to provide water impermeability in plaster and concrete construction. It can be safely used in foundations, basement concrete, and plasters that are exposed to water and moisture. USAGE AREA: This product is used in the plastering of parapets on the outer and inner walls of old and new buildings, as well as in interior wall moisture insulation. APPLICATION: When preparing the mortar, care should be taken to ensure that the aggregate to be used in plaster and concrete construction is clean and free from foreign materials, 2 parts sand, 1 part cement are mixed well. Then, the product is gradually added while mixing until the desired consistency is obtained with a mixer, trowel, or shovel. After waiting for about 3 minutes, mix again and start the application. APPLICATION METHOD: It varies according to the thickness of the plaster to be applied. It should be of solid consistency in thick plasters and of soft consistency in thin plasters. The application time is 60 minutes at 25°C. The application temperature is between +5°C and +35°C. No additional substances other than those recommended should be used. CONSUMPTION: It varies according to the consistency of the mortar to be prepared. TOOLS: Concrete and plastering tools. HEALTH: In case of contact with eyes and skin, wash with plenty of water; in case of ingestion, contact the nearest healthcare facility and keep away from children.
