STEIN WALL INSULATION MATERIAL is a modified polymer-based water-based emulsion. It creates a transparent, seamless, water-insoluble film layer on the applied surface at the end of the curing period. It is used in wall waterproofing for surface preparation and blocking of capillary pores.
APPLICATION AREA: This product is used as an injection and plaster material in the moisture and waterproofing of all old and new walls.
PREPARATION: Bricks and brick walls to be used in the product are drilled from 30-40 cm above the ground, with a crosswise hole size of 50 cm apart. Walls such as curtain concrete, aerated concrete, etc., are scraped at a height of 30-40 cm from the ground, made suitable for insulation.
APPLICATION METHOD: For brick walls, the product is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:8 in summer and 1:4 in winter, poured into the opened holes with a funnel or pump at a rate of approximately 25-30 liters per hole, and left to dry. The same process is repeated after 7-10 days. After drying, old plaster is scraped off. It is then plastered with medicated mortar. Once dried, the insulation is completed.
PREPARATION OF PLASTER MORTAR: For the mortar, 2 parts of sand, 1 part of cement are mixed until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. The poured mortars are cleaned before they dry.
APPLICATION METHOD: Curtain concrete, aerated concrete, filled brick, stone walls, columns are scraped at a height of 30-40 cm above the ground, made suitable for insulation. The product is thoroughly absorbed with a brush. This process is repeated 2 or 3 times, with an application interval of 1 to 2.5 hours. After the applied material has dried, plastering is done with the mortar prepared according to the above recipe.
HEALTH: In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse with plenty of water. In case of ingestion, seek the nearest healthcare facility, keep away from children.
CLEANING: The materials used are washed with water before they dry.
SHELF LIFE: 1 Year at +5 °C - +35 °C without opening the package
