_ Fast curing
_ Low pressing time
_ Transparent
_ Adhesion to many different surfaces
_ Class D4 according to DIN EN 204
_ Easy to use
_ Does not lose volume
_ Can be used on slightly damp surfaces
_ Polyurethane Prepolymer
_ Density: 1.1 g/cm³
_ Min./max. Process Temperature: 5 to 50 °C
_ Consistency: Liquid
_ Viscosity 20°C: 2000 – 4000 cps, 20°C (Spindle No 4,12 rpm)
_ Skinning Time: 5 – 15 min (23°C and 50% relative humidity)
_ Pressing Time: Minimum 15 min. – 20 min.
_ Consumption: 150ml/m²
_ Resistant to moisture and chemicals
_ Excellent bonding strength
_ Can also be used in cases of increased wood moisture
WARNING
_ Adhesive volume increases during bonding (swelling effect)
_ The adhesive joint must be protected against UV
_ The adhesive must be applied directly to the surface or spread with a putty spatula to form a thin, uniform layer
_ The surfaces to be applied must be clean and free of grease, anti-adhesive layers must be removed from the surfaces
_ The adhesive joint must not be wider than 0.5 mm, a larger joint width reduces the strength of the adhesive
_ The surfaces must be pressed within 5 minutes and remain pressed for a minimum of 15-20 minutes
_ Pressing time; It varies depending on the humidity, temperature of the environment and the porosity (absorbency) of the materials to be bonded
_ In cold weather, it is beneficial to keep the pressing time longer
_ Freshly applied adhesive can be cleaned with acetone
_ Fresh adhesive residues can be removed with PU cleaner
_ After curing, cleaning can only be done by scraping
_ Shelf life is 9 months if stored in its original closed packaging under suitable conditions
FIELD OF APPLICATION
_ Bonding wooden materials to each other, many materials such as metal, concrete, foam
_ In furniture and yacht manufacturing
_ In fixing raised floors with mechanical fixers
_ In bonding works where water resistance is required
_ To join parts in window and door manufacturing
_ To join stairs, handrails and railings
_ To join terrace and fence parts
_ To join garden and bathroom furniture
_ To join wooden parts made of softwood, hardwood, exotic wood and wooden materials
_ To join wooden parts with MDF boards for
_ To join different outdoor parts
_ To join mineral construction boards
_ To join ceramic parts
_ To join wooden parts with concrete, insulation boards, plastics and metal
USE
_ Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C
_ The parts to be bonded must be cleaned properly,
and cleaned of dust and oil
_ At least one of the surfaces must be porous for strong adhesion
_ Slightly moistening the surfaces before application will increase the adhesion performance
_ The adhesive must be applied in a thin layer to one or both surfaces
_ The surfaces must be pressed within 2 minutes
_ The surfaces must remain pressed for at least 15 min. - 20 min.
_ Freshly applied adhesive can be cleaned with acetone
